During Rob's more than twenty years of brokerage experience, he has worked with a variety of developers and tenants on both vertical and traditional developments. Cyndee started her career as the owner of a Manufacture Representative business. She dealt with all the national buyers for major department stores, chains and specialty retailers. Her market knowledge enabled her clients to achieve success, which allowed them to continue to grow and prosper. In 2005 when Cyndee joined Rob, she leveraged her national market expertise to expand the company's restaurant, retail and entertainment tenants. Cyndee ’s ability to target a market and the perfect location for a client is unparalleled and her knowledge enables her to provide clients with the confidence that the location chosen is one that will guarantee success. As a land lord representative, Cyndee has consistently found the correct tenants to ensure the project and tenants will thrive.
